Science Communication

The Science Communication team, led by Suzanne Loui, illustrates the rich diversity and work of the Tyson community. They do this through their Humans of Tyson project, which involves interviewing and profiling the field station community members each summer. The end result of this project is the website you are on right now, which is accessible to the Washington University community and the general public! Members of the team also work with writers and video producers from WashU’s Arts & Sciences Communications office, who guide them through the steps of pitching, producing, and sometimes publishing their own science communication projects, honing their skills for future, effective science communication.
