Susan Flowers, Tyson education and outreach coordinator, recently published in The Bulletin of the Ecological Society of America on steps towards enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion at field stations and marine labs (FSMLs). She and her co-authors articulate steps that can be taken towards this goal, and send out an important call for all FSMLs to collaborate in this work.
