Every summer we host a weekly seminar series, the Tyson Summer Seminar Series (TSSS).
The goal of the seminar series is to provide a casual forum for local and national researchers to speak to the St. Louis scientific community, and to foster camaraderie and collaboration.
Evening BBQ! All seminars are followed by an evening barbecue social. Refreshments are provided by the generous sponsorship of St. Louis' Schlafly Brewery. Come for the seminar, stay for the barbecue!

July 24, 2008: Dr. Sean Jenkins from Western Illinois University will give a talk titled "Fire ecology of oak savanna-glade mosaics". Seminar will begin at 4:00, BBQ at 5:00.
